At Vybz Drinks, we want you to love your order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@vybzdrinks.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at info@vybzdrinks.com if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll do our best to make things right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
