Mocktail creator is fantastic! I use it primarily to regulate sleep and chill at the very end of a long day. 10mg or so in an espresso, believe it or not, is the perfect antidote to stresses of the past 12 hours. For me it is fast acting and presents as a soft lull into a solid 7 hours of slumber. The gentle high before bed is something to embrace.
